Nice stay, we were there for 4 days. Enjoyed location and rooms, everything was clean and perfect. It had plenty of meals for breakfast, including fruit and cereal.

Outstanding personnel, welcoming rooms, PERFECT location. And I liked the proximity to the shops and the main shopping centre in Newquay. The bed was very comfy and it was great having a sofa bed, central heating and an iron. Lovely interior, pleasant restaurant.

We had a very relaxing stay here, everything was amazing. The idea to include an electric kettle, refrigerators and glassware in the family room was nice. The breakfast was lovely and you could choose from fruit and cereal. There was a nice restaurant, the shops and the main shopping centre next door. Plus it was just 1 km from a newquay zoo. Excellent reception.

The hotel staff was chatty.

spotless, picture perfect hotel, incredibly comfortable rooms and extremely helpful staff. particularly good location 15 minutes walk from railway station. i got free upgrade and loved it. the staff did all they can for a restful stay. breakfasts were nice hot, always with lots of meals. extraordinary service too.
